  • Media Analysis
  • Surveys

Crisis Communication

We create a perfect map of potential communication risks for the client's firm.

We produce a crisis manual with fundamental guidelines for action. We train managers and staff in charge on how to approach the media. Owing to our experience, we are able to eliminate the possible adverse consequences of any such crisis for the firm's image, its financial leverage, its clients, and its employees. To paraphrase the old adage: rigorous training makes for an easy fight.

Public Affairs

Having amicable relations with the bodies of public administration and various associations and institutions is an important element of corporate policy and tactics.

Thanks to our contacts, we help our clients target the right ears for each piece of information. We are always on the lookout for potential issues in regulations, decisions, and legislation that may hamper the firm's development.

Media Training

To be able to make a good appearance on TV or the radio is as important as the message itself.

We have many years of experience in preparing clients' representatives both in media theory and practice. Our training for media appearances is tailored to each client's individual needs and desires.

  • Media Theory with Real-life Examples
  • Rhetoric
  • Camera Training and Rules for Appearing on TV or Radio
  • How Do Press Conferences Work – Theory
  • Simulated Interview with Journalist
  • Simulated TV Interview (both contentious and non-contentious topics)

After each section, a detailed review will be held. The client receives an audiovisual recording of the entire training, including all presentations and recommendations. We cooperate with voice/speech training and rhetoric specialists. The usual duration of the training is one day; it is designed for a maximum of three company representatives on a given day.

Internal Communication

Communication with employees, trade union representatives, or shareholders is also a part of public relations.

We suggest a system of steps and measures on how to communicate with employees, trade union representatives, and shareholders. The toolbox for this area of PR contains, for example, company magazines, electronic newsletters, meetings between management and staff, outings, and employee contests.
